This is a free 96-page 'ebook' that I have found on the internet this morning. The only downside that I can see so far is that the pdf is formatted using half-pages (similar to Powerpoint pages), meaning that, if you print it out, you'll have loads more blank paper than if the book was formatted as a proper-page-size pdf. You might also have to zoom in a bit if you read the book on your computer screen, as the print is a bit small.
You'll see what I mean when you open the file. Zipped with 7-zip, as there's a couple of other bits included as well.
