someone asked me for an email marketing pdf, i could not find the one they asked for, but here are a few good ones, some are plain and simple for the noobs, and lets be honest, even the guru's do not know everything
i also use mailchimp for some of my email needs, i do not like aweber, since they do not like internet marketers too much anymore
p.s. all you have to do, is search, email marketing pdf, and you get a lot of results, most of them from companies that can do it for you, just remember, just because they have a good pdf, does not mean they offer good service... buyer beware... many are worthless, so be very careful, always ask for a recommendation from people you know and or trust
