My quick summary -
Research for a niche that is very popular.
Find a related PLR where you can chop it up into bite size videos using powerpoint and voiceover method.
Outsource video creation and voiceover using Fiverr.
Setup sales funnel and autoresponder.
Create upsell, upload main videos and upsell.
Compensate affiliates 100% comm for front end product and 50% for upsell.
Launch WSO and collect buyers list while you earn money.
Promote related offers and/or own about to launch product.
That is about all what this course teaches. I am summarizing based on the pdf.

This looks like it is a proven business model, I know of several bigger marketers that do this outside of the Warrior forum, and they've done it with multiple sub-niches within IM with quite a bit of success.
One of the keys is of course selecting decent PLR and making sure your finished videos are high quality, and then having the right funnel to maximize profitability of your finished product.

I have a question though... How can this guy pull $1000 from every launch if he's clearly giving away 75% commission???
That is really confusing me, can anyone explain this ?
In his screenshot it showed that he made 1500 total revenue, and about 500 of it was payed out to the affiliates.
That's not 75%.
Build a list. Sell to them. Many people buy direct from a vendor's email - no commissions to pay. If it's a large product people go bonus comparison shopping, but for low priced products you'll probably not going to find a lot of worthwhile bonuses, so people just buy direct, especially if the vendor can let them in at the bottom level of a dime sale.
