does anyone have the upgrade files for 3.1 to 3.2?

I got the 3.2 fresh installation file, but can't upgrade because the upgrade php is missing.

installed perfectly fine. But clicking on the functions available, it always reverts back to the login page. Something seems to be broken here.

As I said, you can't upgrade from 3.1 to 3.2 with this file (please don't try it, it will f**k up your database).
