What did you do ? before the rank drops?
You must need to fight with your competitor everyday.
Also update your site. No break.
Don't break any Google's rule. Like spamming your site link, comment spam or anything.
Analyze your website again and check errors. If you get any errors, try to fix it ASAP.

There's supposedly a Google update happening, so if your SERPs are shifting alot this week that could definitely be a big part of it.
