Avril Harper has been a prolific writer of 'how-to' books and reports in Britain for as long as I can remember (but at least 20 years). Most (if not all) of her work is based on research and not experience in what she writes about. However, Ms Harper's work is very often indepth, even if not from first-hand knowledge of the plethora of topics she covers. You might pick up the odd nugget or two in this one. HL
