No it doesnt, but u can buy more than 1 license and run The bot on a VPS.

Every programmer provides 1 License Per PC. If you change PC, then you indeed need a new key to activate the software. To activate it, you need to buy another License. This is a condition because if developer keep providing multiple licenses for free to single user, then that single license get converted into a Family Pack License, where user's friends, family members etc can use as many copies they want in multiple computers.
