I'm comparing UCM to and UCM layout is clean and white. UCM has AES encryption to protect data transfers. Unlike FM, the UCM open source code permits you to create your own plugins. I'd choose UCM -- its sales are similar to FM on Code Canyon so development is stable.

I will test the FM, looks good , and have too the Active Collab.
