Here's a review of the PDF:

Set up an Etsy shop and sell services like blog setup, backlinking, etc.... Get the job done of fiverr
Advertise on ProjectWonderful .com and CraftCult .com (I'd never heard of these sites but they look good for driving cheap traffic)
That's it - you're done.

I think this is a good course to get some extra money into your account - it's an unusual approach (and new to me at least). Worth downloading and reviewing - BUT take action!!!
