Nonconformer... thanks for this. Didn't know you could do it that way. I always did it this way

Code:
[spoiler] I put my stuff between these tags [/spoiler]

Magic Button :
Code:

If you follow NonConformer way, your link will NOT be clickable.

I believe the hide and spoiler tags are preferred

What are you talking about? You are just going to confuse people.

I have HUNDREDS of threads on here and they ALL use the exact same method I discuss in this thread and all the links are clickable, hidden and properly formatted. Links that are embedded in the code brackets, which are then embedded in the hide brackets are "active" and hidden.

People - Follow the first post in this thread EXACTLY and you will have properly formatted links.

Do not use the "PHP CODE," element, use just the "code" element. This one:

What?

There's already an anonymous referral system set up to automatically redirect any link posted on the forum. Follow the EXACT instructions in the first post of this thread. You don't need to do anything else. It takes a second to hit two icons and you're done.
Thanks for the reminder!

how to make links clickable?

If you use the "code" tag then any url you embed will be clickable after you submit the post or thread.

If you use the php code only links that include www. will be clickable.

Follow the first post in this thread exactly and you'll have a properly formatted clickable hidden link.
