I am searching for best ways to get Targetted users on Twitter to Authorize my Twitter App, but can't find any yet. Am thinking of CPA, but not sure if it's the best way to go about it. If you have any idea on how to get targetted Twitter traffic/leads to my twitter app, please can you share it with me
