Correct, the first link doesn't work, it takes you to the thank you page and then gives a 'Not Found The requested URL /FaceBookPowerAds.pdf was not found on this server' error when you click on the download link.

Thanks for share, but my concern would be that this is several years old and therefore unreliable information. The website is obviously not updated any more and the PDF quotes a 2010 facebook stat. Better to go through one of the many recent FB courses available on BBHF, this might be teaching old techniques that no longer work.
