I bought one of Comeback's products and his model has always been to Sell the product first then create it; I guess this is a smart model to follow but I completely despise this kind of model because the products usually end up being trash or rehashed nonsense. The product that I bought basically teaches us to do this same thing to others; "host a webinar, tell someone about this awesome product you have, get buyers, then create your product". The issue with this kind of product is that the "results" that the "product" creator "got using their technique" is basically faked to get sales because No Proof = No sales. In Essence, the model is fake it until you make it.

Im pretty sure this is just the same thing he teaches except within the real estate niche.
Advertise a property online, get them to buy it through you at a mark up, put them on hold while you scrap up contracts and titles, then sell it to the sucker.
Comeback is a cool guy but I just don't like doing business this way.
Lmk how the GB goes and lmk if what I described was right lol
