Just un check the "Check Box" shown in the pic and then click the small "download file" button.

You have to REMOVE the check on the box:
[ ] Use our download manager and get recommended downloads

Normally you will see it like this:
[/ ] Use our download manager and get recommended downloads

Remove the check on the box so it will look like this:
[ ] Use our download manager and get recommended downloads
