THANKS SO MUCH! REPS ADDED! I have been after this literally for years. I even talked with the publisher to find out it was taken off the market years ago for reasons not disclosed.

I just did a little "digging" and discovered that Mr. Kerr is no longer with us (he passed away at age 61 in 2004 of respiratory failure). Nonetheless, it was very insightful to learn how he first connected with Walt Disney as a boy, at the tender age of "5 or 6" according to his sister, Joyce, after watching a Disney character move across his TV screen. He was mesmerized and decided he wanted to learn to do that. He wrote the Disney company a letter and was awed when Walt Disney, himself, wrote him back!

Being an artist, he set up and operated his own ad agency for years. Sometime later, he ended up becoming a Disney insider ... in charge of the asset protection division of their new Epcot center. That's where he learned the power of licensing ideas and products to make (and protect) a fortune.
