MY REVIEW:

Nothing new if you know a bit of seo.

Basically the guide talk about:
1. No Spam links.
2. Low competition keywords ---> Not show how to find them, only talk about seoquake or longtale pro and the stats to see (if you want more details he talk about other guide from him).
3. Rent high pr links the first week or 2 weeks and see if the keyword up to the 2nd page minimum. If not...put your efords in other keyword.
4. If after 2 weeks it's ranking on the first 20 postions (2 pages of google) go and post coments to authority blogs with diferent anchors (he talk good about this part).
5. If after the 3rd week comenting nothing happen...put more rent links or change the keyword (don't waste time with that keyword).
6. Now, in the 4th week you are going to build 2 secondary blogs every day (wordpress,bloger,tumblr...) posting articles, tweaking the themes to be unique etc... and post to social media.

If all goes as he says you are in the top 3! if you have money, after do that and prove that the keywords rank and are good he recommend purchase expired domains with PR and build your own private network.
