Well I took the time to read this book completely. There of course is a lot that I have either read before somewhere or was reminded of things in other areas. I have picked up some golden nuggets.
A couple in particular are going to stick with me.
1. Everyone has a different level of knowledge. There maybe people with more knowledge then you in a certain subject, but there are also people with less knowledge in any given subject. Your job is to sell to the ones with less knowledge.
2. K.I.S.S. Keep It Simple Stupid. This book reminded me of this saying. I like to link it also in the McDonald's Hamburger. I have ate many burgers that taste better, but never found one company or person that has sold more.
Many times I find myself over complicating everything. When in reality some of the best ways I have made money was when I just simply went to work and made the effort to get something done.

Requested here
Note:
Zippy randomly puts two overlay screens using CSS. If you can view and edit the CSS you can simply delete the overlays and get to the actual download links, without the ads showing.
If you see the filename steady in the status bar, then there are no overlays and you should be safe to click the download button.
If you see http://www.zippyshare.com flashing in the status bar, then the overlays are there.
On Firefox, right click the download button and select inspect element.
You'll see (usually) two almost identical entries. Just delete both.
Then you'll find the button has the actual download link (filename will show steady in status bar).
Hope that makes sense...
If you don't have firefox, then you'll have to figure out how to get to the CSS to edit it.
