There's another book I highly recommend next to this one and that is "Micronutrient Miracles by Jayson and Mira Calton." I've looked around for a digital copy, but don't see any yet. It's a new book tho. Just go buy it on amazon.
I cannot recommend that book enough. It will help you deal with any kind of health issue.
