Hi,
I have a huge list of email addresses, now i want to test whether those are active email addresses OR not and then would like to send bulk email to active email addresses.. my list of email addresses is very much big so i am confused about what are the possible ways of verifying active email addresses and send bulk email..

For eg. i have about 18000 linkedin email ids of Open networkers i believe more than 95% emails id's are active because those all email addresses are of active linkedin accounts and out of those 18000 contacts 5500 are my direct contacts on linkedin.. now i want to find those emails which are not active and then send email to active email ids..

Then i have more than a million Facebook email ids i believe most of BBHF members have this list i would like to test that list as well.

Can I configure the phpmail/xampp and send bulk email from localhost using Interspire Email Marketer?

Can my ISP detect me if I use proxy?

Just tried to install that but the registry key that comes with it won't work
