Worked for me too. Just cashed out $0.22 and it appeared instantly in my Paypal. Don't count on being able to game their system (They make that clear in their FAQ) or make a lot of money from it, but it's not too time consuming to click on one of the ads they suggest. They usually connect directly to businesses like Target for whatever product you are searching for. It's not like a lot of other sites that require you to stare at an ad for 30 seconds. Seems decent enough to try out.
