You're welcome! You're restricted to 4 downloads per 24 hours. I hopped onto my VPS and got the rest, you can find the links in one of my posts on here right above this one, the links should still work. I just don't know if they have a timer on them or not.

Maybe IDM doesn't work with those links?
I'll make a mirror too if someone can re-up these. Copy.com seems to work well with such larger files, or any other popular site which doesn't require Premium membership.
