This is in my opinion (if the sales page is to be believed) the best countdown timer on the market. It creates scarcity in prospect's mind which increases conversions. Plus It got a bunch of glowing reviews from non-affiliates.

sounds great, but it's a web service (like aweber and such). not sure how it can be "shared" ...
