You can try out localizer lead tool it do the same thing as the tool in the screenshot

I found it at BHW and tried it. But it is not as good as the one in pic i shared. Is there anyone who knows the name of software showing in the pic above?

I never seen that program before maybe you can ask on Warriorforum, really, these software is pretty common on WF.
