Theme is just fine. Installed on xampp and works.
The fastest demo data installation I've seen. Also, google fonts in diff. languages working perfectly.
These guys deserve to be paid for such a great theme.
So, no def. NOT a fake.

Thank you fot he theme, but can you help me? I have a problem with it. I can't find the Unique Articles option in the "edit page". Is there something wrong in my version (i added th patch)? Does it works on your wp?

Its version 1.7, not 3.1! Someone just edited css and some other files so it show its 3.1, but look dates on files, its from october 2013.
