My paypal account was permanently limited because i used their payment gateway and services in my porn website. They hold my money and informed me that they will release after 180 days.

Now i want to know whether paypal will fine me or take legal actions on me in future. Please answer my question.

Why would you use paypal on a porn site when it is clearly against their terms?

You'll have to wait 180 days and then hope they reinstate your account. They might give you your money back and just suspend your account permanently.
