I am tired of doing whitehat seo and ranking no where which is why i am not even thinking of seo anymore.

I also do not want to make thousands of dollars in a day or a week.

I just want to follow something which can earn me money day in day out. Like earlier people used to make thru adsense or selling ebooks.

Can anyone suggest me what i can do?

For example earn thru a software
or email marketing
or forums?

try clickbank, not as a affiliate but as a vendor

Start a fiverr gig, simple just see some popular SEO Fiverr gig (web 2.0 creation, bookmark posting, hotmail acct creation etc).
Copycat their work but offer buy one get one offer.
Initially you get 3 to 4 order per day that $20.
Learn the trick and you can easily bag $50 to $100 per day in fiverr
