how are you doing?

when you use a content from a source website which on of these types is better for my site? and wich one is better for source site? (SEO)

1- Link to exact page (ex: http :// lyrics.com/archive/again)
2- Link to their HomePage (ex: http :// lyrics.com)
3- no Link , Just text (ex: Source = Lyrics.com)
