Hi bestmoment! This tool works just great for me! Type url to share, desired headline and description and then upload pics, at the end click generate link and share this link in your post. That's it!

Guys, you dont need any tool for this, because you can edit link post direct on facebook ... just paste link in Update Status field .... you can upload any image. change headline, change body :)

It works like a charm
How To:
1. Just input your data (Link url, Header, Description text for pic ad box)
2. Upload your favorite picture > crop whatever size you want with the FB size crop window tool
3. Generate Link and Copy generated link in FB update newsfeed
4. Insert Whatever text you want for ad (delete the link optional for a clean pic-ad)
Hit Enter > Voila > You got a clickable pic-ad right there in the FB newsfeed
Actually I really would like to check out Pic Redirect also (the product requested by the OP), because you can use it for pinterest and google+ and optin on images! How cool is that?
