Well, apparently Themeforest is just as screwed up as ever and they don't have 1.0.8.2 available for download yet. I had to just download the the patch file to upgrade from the developers site. Here is the fresh patch file, untouched and ready to go. Just apply it.

I believe this is a different Envision theme and is not as good as the original as there are different authors. The real Envision theme is a lot better.
