Hello mephestic, I am also using a mac and it works perfectly!
Mine is also saying my trial is expired, if you are required to input email and license, just input anything, it should work.
I did the following:
1. Install Long Tail Pro Trial Version.
2. Update to the latest version, if there is any, then close the program.
3. From the zip file provided by the OP, copy LongTailPro.swf
4. In Finder, Go to Applications -> LongTailPro
5. Right click and then go to "Show Package Contents"
6. Paste the LongTailPro.swf in Contents -> Resources (Replace the existing LongTailPro.swf)
If there's another update, just redo steps 2-6.

Im just struggling to get this to work. It keeps saying your trial version has expired everytime I do a fresh install and cant seem to get beyond that screen? Any suggestions what can be causing this and how I can get around it? I would be really grateful for any help!

Any advice on how to install this from a clean install? I had 2.4.15 before which kept getting stuck on keyword search so I deleted it, reinstalled and even upgraded to 2.4.18 however I keep getting a message saying your trial has expired? unsure why.
Im on a mac.
