I am not sure if you noticed in the Amazon associate area but since last week Amazon released for us affiliates a new tool. It's called Publisher Studio and with it, it's a lot easier to link images to Amazon.
But to use it you will need to install a script on your site and do a few other things.
You need to log into your account to get the tool.

Hopefully it will helps us to get sales.

It works fine and is easy to use, shame its only Amazon.com at the moment, really need it for UK.
