The guide is very short and to the point. The author quickly reveals the niche in which you should be writing and 2 places you can publish articles. It is a serious, technical niche and a newbie would likely find it difficult to write for this market with no prior experience (the author does give a good article template though). In order to write good articles in this niche, quite a bit of targeted research will be required.

The outsourcing instructions are decent, it doesn't appear the author has actually tried the outsourcing component though.

For those that are willing to learn about this niche, it definitely seems like there is good opportunity here.
