I´d use a free trial of MS over and over again (just uninstall with Revo Unistaller), unfortunatelly this method doesnt work anymore.

Don't waste your time, use google keyword planner, MS is just a software based on google KP, with some additional non useful options...
I don´t like new KP, old Keyword Tool was OK though. Options like Title/KW competition are quite useful in MS.
