Tried this from two sperate .zip files from this thread and got this error:
The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the <code>style.css</code> stylesheet.

I got this successfully installed, but does anyone have a PDF instruction manual that covers all the options this plugin has?

There's a very large number of options, selections and layouts, and it'd be nice if there was some visual guide on how they affect the overall look and feel.
