These guys have very good support, and their themes are cutting edge. I've used them for 2 client websites, and everybody is happy with them and their service. That's why I shared this theme here, to give them credit for such great themes. The customization [especially in this one] is amazing. So yes, if you like it buy something from them to get the updates and support.
