This is basically earning money through arbitrage. Arbitrage is basically buying at lower price and selling at higher price.

IM'ers from the US have this unrelenting fantasy that there is
an unending supply of Philippino workers standing by waiting to
provide them with quality work for $1-$2 per hour.
What ever happened to paying someone a decent wage that
was willing to work really hard for you?
I guess Mr. 'Snowden' would just rather stuff his own pockets with that
extra dollar rather than explaining to the poor Philippino worker that they
could be earning twice the wages by signing up with iWriter themselves...
