Guys, i need your help. I am from Macedonia and it`s unsupported for paypal. I know i can verify it with payoneer.
My question is can i shop with paypal even if i don`t have funds deposited on the account since it is linked with payoneer?
Cause i have a paypal account with 0.5 bucks in it and i can still shop because it draws funds directly from my debit card.
If i open another paypal account and verify it with payoneer will i be able to do that as well??

Since sept., paypal is no longer accepting Payoneer's accounts. PP told me they are no longer considering them to be real bank accounts!

I am using payoneer mastercard for 2 years now on paypal.For me it is still working,i buy with it online,join group buys here, and also receive every month payments on it without problems.Bank account of payoneer is still attached on my pp account.
If you have balance on your paypal account it will use that before the funds of your card when buying(or depend how you set it up in the settings).
