It can be devastating to try to master all the different requirements... needs to be done step by step. There are enough. I already wanted to step in google play for a longer time. But for me it first comes to start writing and writing.... becuase I dont want to follow the outsourcing route anymore.... your own stuff, and you know what you got.
Outsourcing in masses will come when the money comes rolling in, then I am going to duplicate and duplicate.

This author's previous WSOs were excellent in my opinion and this one is pretty decent although it focuses on the fiction genre. If you're relatively new to Kindle, it's worth a read. Reps given for the share and mirrors.
