From "Call Closing Masterclass" (Jamie speaking): You NEED TO PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL CLIENTS. You should be picking up the phone whenever possible. This will not be COLD CALLING. This is about calling people who are already interested, prospects. Your campaign starts with an email or an ad. Any RESPONSE from the client, it is no longer a cold call. Calling is almost ESSENTIAL to close a deal, and to build trust for upsales.
