I'm sorry but can I have an update please? I heard from you 13 days ago saying my messages were going to spam and I've been replying to your email ever since. I know there were major issues getting started but I'm hoping we can get going now as it's been more than a month since i paid up. Again let me know if we are going to do something or not.
