Tweak: Changed single quote char to html entities ’ on wishlist page on remove link. Can create issues on html code
Updated: ru_RU language files with more strings translated by Kovalenko Dmitriy and Pavel Piller
Fixed: Incorrect output for target on button_icon shortcode
Fixed: Incorrect escape on wishlist ui class
Fixed: TinyMCE shortcodes button error on theme options
Added: Filter to set on by default terms and condition on place order step
