What WordPress version you use ?

My notice:
1- Is that you have unavailable space.
2- PHP restriction ( contact your HSP )
3- zip file corrupted ( download it again, extract, and pack it again and upload it)

no problem for space
download extract pack it again upload again
but not working

Ask your Hosting service provider, cause isn't a problem related to the zip file I uploaded, something wrong in you server.
