I have to say, copy.com is quickly becoming my favorite sharing/storage site. With that said, thanks for this terrific share by the OP (rep added to both). This is my first time hearing about Helpouts. I may be late because I didn't know it existed. I can already see tons of ways it will help the average person. It is like take YouTube and adding payment button. Even an average person could turn a skill into a monetized service. Integrate with a social network - FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc and you have a new part-time or full-time business. Totally awesome.
