Who is their right mind puts 5000 recipes into a Excel spreadsheet? I opened it, clicked on two and closed it. Recipes are all over the place and I don't need this hassle. This guy sells databases?!

Actually, we're both right. Both MF links give me "Blocked for violation" as long as I just click on the link and use an anonymizer.
I had to go into the page source to find the actual link and then I got to the file.
