That's what the issue is, ask him to refund and the case will resolve automatically. If he won't be able to refund by the account he received amount, then he should refund it using other account, and then you can cancel the dispute.

I don't want to stretch the same and old, but we all know what he did.

After all this mess I can say that Flip never had intention to scam anyone. Maybe make little money ...but not scam.

Maybe you needed to ask him for refund before filing dispute. I would feel bad if someone file a dispute specially when he intended to help. My advice would be to issue refund so members respect this misunderstanding.
