I applied two days before. they send me a mail with date of your account creation. i got my account created today. they send me login passwords of my domain hosting account and wordpress install.

I think they dont have any control. Their main aim is to sell their web design service. they give me all credentials to me. and it is not their private hosting accounts. it is from namecheap. but still use this for testing purpose only is a safer option :)
