Should the permission be 755 for php?

On my installation this particular files is set to 644 but in your case you can try 777 if it not work then 755 is the way to go indeed

JUst noticed in my folders, the funnels folder is empty but there is a separate download on the download page that says cash funnels machine funnels, Maybe i need to put those into the install folders funnel folder?

No your funnels folder should be empty until you create a funnel. That I believe is the folder where your created funnels get saved.

Something else if the correct permissions are set then you may have something else like inside the htaccess file could be causing it.

Like rewrite mod or even something within your hosting account but you should have been able to just upload the files and install and create.

I do work for others like this if you want me to go inside your hosting and fix it I will help you with this and compare your install to mine and see if there is something missing?

I give up on this thing, gonna head to the bank and do a chargeback on this guy. I cant even log into the program now for some reason. Guy is def a scammer, his support desk is a scam, it doesnt even create a support ticket when you submit 1.

uh oh....that's a shame adaubenmire....i thought we had something here....someone on the WF said the same thing. cannot get support.

I have the first 8 funnel ready and got some opt-in with free solo-ads. I imagine that it will work with paid traffic too. But for the platinum ... There an issue. Too many similar sales funnel on JVzoo already ...

Maybe am wrong but I reinstall the software in another website for testing and I do have big issue also.

This is what I did ... In my computer I made a folder and I put all the file from the basic funnels and the platinum funnels.
THAT NOT WORK.

I reinstall again uploading only the basic funnels first, Install it with the date base etc .. then I upload the platinum file and guess what ??? IT WORK !!!

Maybe that is your issue ?
