Kickstart your Facebook app with this pre-made barebone, useable as a survey, giveaway, freebies etc… Included default template, just replace text, graphics and links and you are ready to go. Supports autopost, likegate, cookiegate (EU cookie law), CSV and email export. Compatible with mobile devices.
HTML/CSS knowledge is needed for template customization. PHP for advanced customization.
Note: SSL is needed for invite notifications to work on Facebook, and also to create Tab shortcut. Other than that, it is not required and app will work fine without. This application will not run inside a Tab – to ensure compatibility with mobile devices, Tab will only act as a shortcut.

Set value attribute to option tag in default theme (fixes browser autotranslation issue)
Fixed CSRF warning if user already logged in
Fixed issue with deleted user submitting a form
