@GordonShumway from which mirror you've downloaded yours? I can't seem to find a working one and I did checked both from OP and ELVIS, and the one with Zippyshare only. All are dead at my end, or I missed one?

Agreed, Clayton is the shit. I wish he still had his monthly direct mail newsletter going. I used to love seeing that bright orange envelope in my mail.
