Hi,
Have a products sitting around what i thought to share. It is nothing to do IM and BH, and goes into more health related, i would say mentality and psychology, field.
Also in this thred i will post some things what i own ( have purchased or enrolled into lists to receive the content ).
Have used some of those myself and still use up to 4 methods to deal with my own issues what occure sometimes when going through the daily lives.
Maybe some of you find it useful and well.. no one can help you if you do not do it yourself.Yes you can get guidance and push from the back. But the work itself , you need to do it. This is something what is relevant in any area

As written , it is related to healt ( wellbeing ) what i will post over time, it is not just related to this one share right now, since i own multiple courses and method recordings.
